Leadership
The vision and direction behind everything we do.

Ben Poore
Chief Financial Officer
Growth is really just a promise. A promise to the drivers who trust us with their livelihood, the vendors who give us their word, and the people building their careers here. My job is to keep those promises fundable. It's the settlement that's right and on time, because no driver should have to check our math. It's the books kept honest enough to tell ourselves the truth. It's the capital ready before it's needed. Take care of the small figures and you earn the right to dream in the large ones. “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.” Luke 16:10.
Will Inabnitt
Chief Operating Officer
I'm proud of what this team has built, and prouder that we're building it to outlive us. That takes a standard of excellence applied everywhere, not just where a customer can see it. Serving a load well starts long before the pickup. It's in the maintenance nobody notices, the back office work that's right the first time, the way a dispatcher treats a driver at 4 a.m. Get those right and everything downstream follows: the customer becomes a relationship, the driver becomes family, and we stop looking like the rest of an industry that treats freight as a transaction. Excellence in the mundane is what separates a company from a commodity. “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might.” Ecclesiastes 9:10. That's the whole job.
Sales
Building relationships and moving freight for our customers.
Jason McCoy
Senior VP of Sales
22 years in the industry
Dispatcher. Customer service. National load planner. Operations manager. Vice President of Sales. RTS is the greatest trucking company I've ever been part of because we put the people first: the drivers, the planners, the dispatchers, the customer service team, and the shippers who trust us with their freight. When you take care of the people who make the business work, the business works.

Wes Dickinson
VP of Sales
13 years in the industry
Thirteen years of moving freight has taught me that relationships, not rate sheets, are what keep shippers coming back. I'd rather pick up the phone and solve a problem than hide behind an email, because the people trusting us with their freight deserve to know there's a real person on the other end who has their back. That's what I bring to every lane: the same care I'd want if it were my own load on the road.

Operations & Dispatch
Moving every load on time, every day.

Josh Sohar
Senior Operations Manager
7 years in the industry
I love working at RTS because I'm challenged every day to solve problems while providing best-in-class service. The role has also taught me how to handle adversity, adapt to different situations, and continue growing both personally and professionally. Most importantly, I enjoy building long-lasting relationships, not only with our customers, but also with our staff and drivers. These relationships are a big part of what makes working at RTS so rewarding for me.

George Lawson
Senior Regional & Local Dispatcher
30 years in the industry
Since 1995, I have worked across nearly every level of this industry, starting as a school bus driver, moving into truck driving, and transitioning into dispatch and various operational roles. This journey has given me a 30-year perspective on our day-to-day challenges and a deep understanding of what makes an operation successful. What I enjoy most about my work is navigating the daily logistical challenges and maintaining a strong, open line of communication with our drivers. Because I have been in their shoes, I am able to build trust, resolve issues quickly, and keep our fleet motivated and aligned with company goals.

Molly Harris
Regional & Local CSR / Operations
I enjoy working with customers and drivers to problem solve, meet new people, and help make their experience as positive as I am able. Working with operations has allowed me to learn on all sides from drivers to customers and to build a better understanding of how everything flows. It's a learning experience that never truly ends as everyone and every situation is different, and I enjoy finding a solution that gets the job done and helps everyone involved. RTS is a company that values both the people who work there and the customers that rely on their service every day. I enjoy working here as they challenge me to improve my communication and problem-solving skills every day. RTS truly sees you as a person, not just an employee to build their profit.

Brittany Rivera
Night Operations
9 years in the industry
Next year will be a whole decade in trucking. My grandpa and my uncle have been in the industry for over 40 years, and some of my closest relationships have come from trucking. From dispatching to recruiting, I've dabbled here and there, but I've been on nights for the majority of those 10 years. I enjoy night shift because I'm able to connect with the drivers who don't necessarily get to interact with our day team as much due to their schedules, giving them someone to talk to and be there when they need me for the more serious issues. I've never been with a company like RTS. I'm excited to continue growing the company and continuing to be a part of the RTS family.

Brad Johnson
Yard Manager
10+ years in the industry
I have 9 years of experience in truck driving and 2½ years in yard management here at RTS, and I take pride in being dependable, hardworking, and committed to doing my job well. I'm especially thankful for the understanding and respect I receive at work, and for the willingness to work around my home life and responsibilities. My son and my family are extremely important to me, and I truly appreciate having a workplace that understands that balance. Outside of work, I enjoy riding motorcycles and being an automotive enthusiast. Overall, I'm thankful for my work, my family, and the people who respect and understand what matters most.
People & Administration
Supporting our team and running the back office.
Pamela Ballard
Accounting & Admin
28 years in the industry
With 28 years of experience in the transportation industry, including 24 years in accounting, I have a well-rounded understanding of the business from the ground up. My career began in the dispatch office, where I gained firsthand knowledge of transportation operations. I moved on to do driver payroll, as well as assisting other departments with tasks along the way. I continued to take on new challenging roles that have helped me develop a strong working knowledge of all facets of accounting.

Alyssa Klein
HR & Office Manager
Live, Love, Laugh.
Jason Yocum
Recruiting & Retention Manager
20+ years in the industry
As a talent acquisition specialist, my job is really about people. I get to help drivers find their place in the fabric of a family-owned company, and there's nothing I enjoy more than that first conversation where someone realizes they've found a home, not just a job. I take the time to understand each person's strengths, what they're looking for, and where they're headed, then match them to the routes and role that fit their life. When a driver feels valued from day one, they stay, they grow, and they become part of the family. That's the whole goal.
Want to join the team?
We're always looking for great drivers and staff who want to be part of a company built on faith, family, and doing things differently.
